Honda system says “skip forward” randomly

When using my Honda sound system to listen to Pandora, I get “skip forward” verbal notifications seemingly at random.  It occurs several times as each song is playing.  

How can I turn this off?

I'm not familiar with any verbal notifications from Pandora. This is the first I'm hearing about it. 

Could you provide some additional info so I can look into it:

1. What is the model and year of your Honda?
    
2. Do you have an aftermarket stereo? If so, what is the make and model of that device?
    
3. What is the make and model of your phone? Also, can you tell me the Pandora app version (let me know if you need help finding that)?
    
4. How is your smartphone connected to your car? (Bluetooth, USB, Aux)
    
5. Is your vehicle equipped with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay?
