Kenwood - Playback interrupted, album art fails to load

When trying to connect my Samsung S21 via blutooth using the radios built in Pandora app, The payback stutters and crackles until the album art is loaded. After the artwork loads playback is fine. Using the blutooth input has no issue however there is no album art. I am using the latest firmware for the radio.

Does your Kenwood offer a USB connection? If so, does the same experience happen?

Do you have a similar experience when connecting to other bluetooth device, such as a speaker?

In the meantime, can you send over a bit more info about your Samsung?

  • Open Pandora, go to Profile, then select Settings. Scroll to the bottom of the screen for the version number.
