Hi @MidThrust

I created a new post for you since the thread you replied to is quite old, and the issue discussed there may not be the same one you’re experiencing now.

Could you tell me a bit more about what’s happening? Are you being automatically switched into Offline Mode when connecting to Android Auto?

In the meantime, please let me know the following:

  • Pandora version

  • Android OS version

Thanks for your help!

Phone: Galaxy S21

Andriod version 15

Pandora version 2510.1

When I connect to Android Auto it automatically loads into offline mode when I have service. (Does not happen every time) I have to force close Pandora, disconnect my phone, turn off blue tooth and restart my phone. I am unable to just click "online mode" in the Pandora app.

Hi @MidThrust

Thanks for the follow up!

So, I believe you're being affected by the recent app update, 2510.1. Our teams are investigating further, in the meantime, we've made a change to allow listeners to install the previous app version, 2509.1. This should help to resolve starting out in Offline Mode.

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to return to the previous app version and try again.

While I haven't been provided a timeline for a fix, please be on the look out for future releases as this is likely how this will be addressed.

Please note that uninstalling and reinstalling will remove your offline content, and you'll have to download content for offline listening once again.

Hope this helps!
