Maybe give him tickets to something on the 13th that you guys can do at a later date - like cirque de soleil. And 14th, go out to dinner.

I am 15 going to be 16 this month as well and I am a gamer as well, but I do not have any good ideas. 

Maybe you could give him supplies for the college program that he is going through or something he needs?  

I do love the ideas of buying tickets to some sort of a show that both of you can go to together.
