life moves on just take one day at a time and don't screw good stuff that you have up trust me I know from experience

After my struggles I still have a hard life, I have been to close to dying, throwing up blood stuff like that, my heart stoping for the first time, it never leaves my mind to think what if my heart stayed stopped and I didn't come back would the world be a better place?
