I want to set an account up for my child but enforce parental controls.  How can I do this.  If I just open a free account, she can log in and change the settings.

The Pandora service is not intended for use by children under the age of thirteen. Unfortunately, we cannot allow children under that age to open or have their own accounts for the Pandora service.

Parental controls are currently not a feature, however, there is a feature request for this. If this is something you'd like to see on Pandora, I would recommend voting for this idea here.
