Pandora's Help Center Chatbot: Mic

Why can’t we let the help bot (mic) be able to talk and act like an actual ai? Like I want to talk to him like he’s my friend. I don’t just want to use him to ask pandora related questions. Just like at least let him be able to talk to me like a normal ai could.
