Question for Pandora Employees

I see you guys on here every day but not all of you at once. From what I have seen is that you guys will comment about once a week. 

My question is what do you guys do other than help people on the community.  

And do you guys work from home from all over the country or do you all go to the same office to work?

We love the curiosity.

Most of our moderation team is based near Pandora’s headquarters in Oakland, California, and we work a hybrid schedule — a mix of in-office and remote days. 

Outside of the Community, we also help support listeners through Pandora Care on social, email, live chat, and other channels. Here in the Community, we’re usually assigned to specific sections, which is why you might see different team members active at different times. 

We’re all working behind the scenes together to keep things running smoothly! 🤝

My favorite part of the job is getting to connect with all of you. Every day is different - one minute I’m helping troubleshoot a tricky issue, and the next I’m jumping into a fun music conversation. I love seeing how passionate everyone is about their listening experience. Music is an important part of my life and I enjoy helping others.

I’ve been on this community before and I’m back again.  Is there a better place I can be more helpful ?
