@AlyssaPandoraThey can literally come out of nowhere since they involve everything in existence. Realizing them often involves a better understanding something. As you mentioned, this becomes the lens which to look through. That being said it helps to know that things have attributes comparable to the sides of a coin. Whereas, you have one side, the opposite to that side, and a margin of exceptions/anomalies (more commonly known as the edge of the coin). Albeit, somethings are themselves their own opposite such as in the color gray (light gray and dark gray).
