Classical music tracks restart

Nearly every classical music track which is long (say 10 minutes) restarts after 8 minutes or so; reports BUFFERING and then goes back to the second minute of play. Is there a log I can turn on to capture this activity?

Windows 10 using the desktop app ... all of the tracks that are affected are classical; I haven't looked for a long jazz track yet ...
