Desktop: Autoplay doesn't work.

It was working at one time but has stopped for some reason. It also drops songs sometimes. I don't know if itis a Windows issue or not. Any help?

Can you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Is this particular issue happening only on your computer, or on another device too?

Is it stopping when listening to any kind of content? After listening to albums, playlists or stations?

Do you see an error message?

Can you tell me more about your set up?

  • Are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
