Desktop: Playlists Remain at 0:00

I upgraded to premium and it works well on all of my computers and phone with one exception. My 2011 imac won't play it anymore since upgrade to premium. Looks like it might be playing but the 0.00 stays on . Pushing the play arrow doesn't help . It just stopped working when I did my upgrade

In addition, I've enabled a trace on your account to get a better understanding of what's going on.

However, could you tell me a little bit more about what's happening? On your iMac,

  • Are you listening to Pandora on our website or the desktop app?
  • If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using, and are you experiencing the same issue on other web browsers?
  • Are the play and skip buttons greyed out or unresponsive?
