I've been a Pandora subscriber for several years and have lots of "Stations" set up on my iPhone. BUT when I log into my account on my computer, only 4 of my stations show up. I also added a Playlist on my computer (I am unable to find a way to add a playlist on the phone), but the Playlist disappeared.
And that was AFTER I paid more money to sign up for the Upgraded Pandora.

Sounds like you may be logged into a different account on your iPhone + computer.
Please keep in mind, Pandora accounts follow the email address, not the device or phone number. You can sign into the same Pandora account on any computer or supported device, as long as you use the same email address and Pandora password. This applies to both free and paid Pandora accounts.
