No sound

No my problem is not trouble listening. It's trouble hearing. I tried Pandora on my Android and was fine and I opened YouTube on my Laptop, the one which was not giving me sound on Pandora, and YouTube is fine. The issue is Pandora on my Dell Laptop. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong---or what I can--or you there at Pandora---can do to fix the problem? I'm sure I'm not the first one.

Thanks Willobblue but it's a laptop. Okay, looks like we may be headed there. I am going to try to download and reinstall the Pandora since it's only that program that doesn't work since YouTube did.

1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
• Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
