Skipping song part-way into it sometimes

Hello. I have recieved 3 months of Pandora Premium and on occasion, it skips a song like 15-20 seconds into it without me doing anything. Happens on mobile and web player too. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

  • Also, what is the make and model of your mobile device?

Hello. It happens on every browser (vivaldi, google chrome, etc. (my 2 primary browsers)), on my Motorola G6 phone, and the Windows 10 Desktop App that I got through the Microsoft Store app.

@Jackaroo Does this issue occur when you're at home? Or on the go?

If this happens at home, it may be related to your network.

Unfortunately, Pandora isn't supported on the Vivaldi web browser. Here are the minimum specifications for listening to Pandora from your computer.

I would recommend trying out these steps for your Google Chrome browser to see if it helps.

For your Android device, you can try out these steps here.

Keeps happening to me too this year. So annoying. It didn't happen until I got a new phone.
