Over the past few days, I'm getting this error message when listening to albums. It doesn't show up when I'm listening to stations. Any ideas? I've cleared my cache.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble listening. I'm happy to take a look at it.

  • If you are on a device, what is the make and model?
  • If you are on a computer, are you listening from Windows or MAC?
    • On our website, or the desktop app?
    • If you're listening from the website, what browser are you using?

Does the error message appear for all albums in your collection or specific ones? Could you provide an example of an album you were listening to recently that showed the message.

If the error message pops up again, could you share the date and time you experience this?
