Hey there, @walters. 👋

I moved your post over to a separate thread since your issue occurs when you listen from a computer.

  • Have you received any error messages when this happens? What does it say?
  • Are you using the desktop app?
  • Or, are you using a web browser? If so, which browser are you using?

Let me know. 💻

I am using the Safari web browser.  I get no error messages.  Maybe the MacBook goes into a "sleep" mode of some sort, but it doesn't do that when I'm watching a movie.  I like to leave Pandora on while I'm doing other things, but I don't like having to mess with the laptop every few minutes just to get Pandora to keep playing.

Thanks for your help Alyssa.

Thanks for providing those details, @walters.

I would recommend adjusting your sleep mode / energy saver settings on your computer to see it this may be affecting your listening sessions.

In the meantime, you can try out these steps for your Safari web browser here.

Let me know if these options help.
