I do see that you mentioned your PC but added the MAC Desktop app label to your post.
Are you using the Pandora App for Windows 10, or the Pandora Desktop App for MAC computers?
In the meantime, let's try running through the standard troubleshooting steps for the Pandora Desktop app. You can find the best steps for your specific machine (Windows 10 or MAC) here.

Your Profile Photo:
Your profile photo would be the one associated with your Facebook profile. I've disconnected your account from Facebook so you can reconnect it. This should help with your profile photo reappearing.
To connect your Pandora account to Facebook from a computer:
- Sign in to Pandora's website and click the icon (initial or picture) in the top right corner of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Select Account in the left hand menu.
- Scroll down to Social.
- Select Connect to the right of the Facebook option. A screen will pop up prompting you to sign into Facebook. Make sure to sign in with your Facebook account information (email address and Password), which may be different from your Pandora account.
