We're having trouble playing audio on this device.

The music playlist jumps ahead and then reports the message listed above.  I have tried all avenues of refreshing, restarting, etc.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell me more about what's happening? Does this happens only when you are listening on a computer or on another device too?

  1. Are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from the website, what browser are you using?
  2. If this also happen on another device, what is the make and model?
  • Is this happening with a particular playlist? Or with all of them? Does it happens with stations and auto play too?
  • Can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing? (If you're not sure how to take a screenshot, just let me know and I'll be happy to provide you with some additional steps.)
