I have this problem on PC and would like to stop auto-playing random, unliked podcasts.
@redayejones I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so.
Can you explain your issue a bit further?
The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.
I look forward to hearing back.
Option 2 is what I'm experiencing. The podcasts that are being listened to are: Scared to Death and Timesuck with Dan Cummins. After the most recent episodes finish, Pandora will autoplay something from the recently listened to list. I'm unable to remove the unwanted podcasts from the recently listened to list. I've tried logging out and back in to clear any history to no avail.
Thanks for following up, @redayejones.
If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
Additionally, does this only happen after listening to the latest episode of these podcasts? Or does it also occur if you listen to an older episode and it finishes?
Thanks again for working with me on this.
@redayejones Thanks for clarifying.
It sounds like Pandora is transitioning to AutoPlay when the podcast episode you are listening to finishes.
When AutoPlay seamlessly takes over, we'll start playing similar content based on whatever you were just listening to. AutoPlay keeps playing what you already love, while also recommending new discoveries that we know you'll love next.
Pandora Premium listeners will automatically have access to the feature, and can manage AutoPlay at the bottom of any track, album, podcast or playlist, or from your Settings.
To view your AutoPlay setting on the web:
Set the AutoPlay toggle to your preference.
Please note that we do not automatically add or save your AutoPlay content to your account. Because we personalize your AutoPlay station based on your listening habits, your AutoPlay stations may be different each time.
However, if you want to get back to a specific AutoPlay station, you can try listening to the content that inspired it before. If you haven't made too many changes to your playlist or collection, we may surprise you with similar station content.
I hope this helps!
I'm not seeing anything about AutoPlay here. I took a screenshot but it wont let me upload an image.
My apologies, @redayejones.
I was mistaken here - AutoPlay is only a feature of Pandora Premium, so that option will not appear in your settings.
I'm happy to help look into this further, but will need some additional details from you.
Can you please try reproducing this issue on another browser (ex: Firefox)?
I'd like to confirm if this issue is browser specific, or if it occurs across all browsers for you.
