Web: "Poor Network Connection" Error

happening to me too, every 30 minutes or so I have to close the tab and completely restart Pandora....all other tabs working fine.  It crashes so bad the tab is basically frozen but all other tabs working fine I literally have YouTube running and Pandora is frozen

@mgreen909 Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? 

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  3. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I'm on a MAC using it on Safari and listening via the website, about every
45 min to an hour it locks up and displays an error message saying "poor
network connection will resume playing when it gets better"

But that's the thing, I'm using other tabs and have a great connection it
just freezes, I can't refresh the tab or click on anything on the pandora
screen, so I have to x out of the tab, re open and I get another 45 min to
an hour before it freezes again

If that does not resolve the issue, please send me a screenshot of the error message you are seeing.
