"Were experiencing difficulties..." error message

Replying here because it's the most recent post and may be related. I'm not on IOS, I'm on PC with google chrome and my playlists are gone now as well. I get a message at the top that says "Were experiencing difficulties right now and are working to fix the issue soon." This issue is just now happening. Will I be getting my playlists back? I'd particularly like my writing playlist restored.

I recommend running through our General troubleshooting steps for Chrome to see if that resolves the issue.
If that doesn't help, can you please send me:
- A screenshot of the error message that is popping up
- The names of the playlists that are still missing from your collection
