Pandora seems to have an app for every smart device I have ever bought, except a new car with AAOS (Android Automotive OS). Please port a tablet version of Pandora for AAOS so that I can use that instead of radio or Spotify (which does have an app).
Voting yes, but how is this not a thing after two years? A port from Android Auto to Android Automotive is not that difficult. Until then, I guess I'm only listening to Spotify.
I knew when I picked it up that it did not have pandora. I thought oh well There are many different misic streaming apps out there that I can use. no big deal.
After a couple of weeks, I am experiencing that none of these other apps play the music I like to hear. I don't want to listen to the same artist all day, I liked how pandora would create music off of an artist I like and play similar music. It was spot on.
I never thought I could not live without Pandora. Now I am finding I miss you guys so much.
Please bring Pandora to Android Automotive (specifically Chevy Equinox EV)
even if you made this a pay only option I would pay for a pandora subscription.
@Pandora Please tell me you will be using Googles new Car ready program to make Pandora available in Android Auto OS this February. Car ready mobile apps | Android Developers I am a paying customer considering going to a competitor because of the lack of this app in my car.

No, apps distributed through theCar ready mobile appsprogram are not usable while driving. If a user begins driving while your app is open, the OS handles hiding your app from the user and stopping it.
Please! please! Port Pandora to Android Automotive OS. I just purchased a Volvo XC90 only to find that I can't install pandora to the AAOS! I'm certainly not going to go with any future auto purchases with AAOS if I can't have Pandora installed.
I got tired of waiting in my polestar. AAOS for Volvo and polestar now supports car play and android auto, so I got a wireless dongle. Got tired of app developers ignoring AAOS
