I'm on premium. Anyway to open pandora without it starting music? sometimes i just want to open it and browse a bit before i select something. Seems to happen on every application (web/android/auto)
Thanks for all your feedback. We're happy to announce that an Auto-Play on/off toggle is available.
If you'd like to have more control over initiating playback when opening the Pandora app, Plus and Premium subscribers can manage their Auto-Start settings by using the following steps:
Open Pandora.
Tap Profile.
Next select the Settings gear in the upper right corner.
Then tap Advanced.
Scroll down and toggle the switch next to Enable Auto-Start Off.

Hi @stevenomes - if you'd like to see this feature available for web as well, feel free to create a new feature request specifically for web. Thanks for your post!
As a user, I do not want Pandora to choose for me when to start playing music. This feature is now available in the desktop and mobile apps but not through the web browser. I only want music to play when I push the play button myself.
When I open pandora.com in my web browser, my selected playlist/station begins playing automatically. This is often embarrassing and/or disturbing, as it is often inappropriate for me to play music out loud in those situations. I don't want the music to start until I click the play button. (that is, after I have put in my ear buds, and switched audio from speakers to ear buds). Also, sometimes I just want to search for a playlist or station, without listening to anything.
Please add an option in the browser app that allows me to set the option to NOT auto-start playing music. Thank you.
