3 Different Playlists of mine are constantly stopping at random

Different Songs in 3 Different Playlists of mine are constantly stopping at random.  I have to refresh  but that doesn't work, and most often have to log out and back in.  I have signed out several times, but this keeps happening. 

 

PLEASE HELP!!!!  

The Playlists are - My Worship - Cardinal Black- Leela James

@clgrimes5gmail Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

I am out walking and listening to it from the app on my IPhone 13

Can you please let me know what browser are you using?


Playback stopping on your iPhone 13:

Could you explain what's happening in more detail? The more information you can provide, the better I can help.

When this issue occurs: 

  • Is the app still open in the background where you're able to press play and resume music or do you need to close and relaunch the app to continue listening?
  • Are you listening to a station, album, playlist, or podcast? 
  • Are you connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? If using Wi-Fi, are you able to recover the listening session by toggling Wi-Fi off?
  • Are you using a Bluetooth connection?


Additionally, please provide both your iOS and Pandora app versions:

  • iOS version: (Settings > General > About > Version)
  • Pandora version: (Pandora > Profile tab > Settings gear & scroll to the bottom of the screen)
