Adding to Playlist

Does anyone know why some songs can't be added to a playlist and its only on the radio stations? I am on the premium account to avoid commercials and listening to songs and artists I don't like or support (i.e. R. Kelly). Also does anyone know how to block certain artists so they don't continue to profit? I email Pandora multiple times and no matter how many times I thumb down the artist it keeps showing up as a suggestion. Pissed me off I can't listen to Aaliyah without his songs popping up next.

Blocking an artist:

While we do not offer an option to prevent an artist from playing on your account or specific stations, I recommend giving this existing feature request a ❤️ to express your interest in getting it added to the service: Blocking/Muting Certain Artists / Song Selection Rules

In the meantime, continue to give any tracks by those bands a Thumbs-down on your stations, and Pandora should learn to stop playing them over time.
