Better Left Unsaid played four times while on Shufffle

I added a station based on the band Heavens to Murgatroid about a week ago or so. I added it to my shuffle (I'm always in shuffle). Anyway since then it has played a Heavens to Murgatroid song four times and all four times it's been the same song.

To add. All four times the song was "Better Left Unsaid" which is among my favorite HTM songs, but I like others of their songs as well.

Sorry to hear our shuffle feature hasn't been working the way you'd like.

I recommend creating a new station based off of one of your favorite songs by Heavens to Murgatroid that you'd like to hear and add it to your shuffle mix.

Sometimes creating stations based off of a song vs. a band/artist will yield better results.

Here are some additional general suggestions that may help for future reference:

1. Create a custom shuffle mix. If you haven't already, try making a custom shuffle. You can include any station you'd like, and this set of stations will be saved as My Shuffle (or QuickMix) on all your devices. Let us know if you'd like the steps for that. 
2. Avoid including several stations based on similar artists or songs. Choosing several stations of a similar style will create a repetitive shuffle mix. When selecting stations for shuffle (or when creating any new stations in general) consider selecting artists or tracks that musically contrast. This will yield a broader playlist.
3. Put tracks on the shelf. If you get sick of a track but don't want to completely ban it, you can put it on the shelf for a while by selecting I'm tired of this track/song.
4. Edit individual stations. In some cases, it might actually help to remove Thumbs up ratings from your shuffled stations to mix things up. If there are any Thumbed up songs you used to love, but have grown tired of, try removing those ratings.

Hopefully, these steps will help your shuffle play more of the music you love.

I've created two stations based on Heavens to Muragtroid songs other than "Better Left Unsaid". So far I've heard "Better Left Unsaid" two more times since I last posted and still have not heard any other HTM songs. If I go to Heavens to Murgatroid's page on Pandora and look at All Songs. there are at least 40 songs there. Why do you insist on playing only one of them?

@kendenny As a Pandora Premium subscriber, I recommend utilizing custom playlists.

What you can do is create a playlist and add each song by Heavens to Murgatroid that you want to hear in your current listening session.

Doing so will ensure you are getting the variety you need, while also taking advantage of your Premium subscription.
