Cant download my collected songs with premium sub

After subscribing to premium when I click download it says I must be a premium subscriber, should I cancel my subscription?

@manville07 You should be able to download content for Offline Mode with your Pandora Premium subscription.

It may help to sign out of the app, and then sign back in using the email address your upgraded account is registered with.

If that doesn't help, can you please send me a screenshot/screen-recording of what you are seeing?
