Christmas music plays during shuffle

I've read the other posts about unwanted Christmas music but nothing suggested works to turn it off.  I have only a few stations in my shuffle and none are Christmas nor are any of the tracks on the stations that I can see.  No thumbed up Christmas songs on these stations either.  So how do I eliminate Christmas music in 2025?

mod edit: adjusted title for clarity

Hi @kimwillis!

Thanks for posting, I checked the account linked to your community profile.

I can see that, actually, you do have one Holiday station: Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band (Holiday).

It was created from the Holiday profile of Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band. Since the name is long it may not appear complete and looks like a normal station at first sight, but if you enter the backstage page from that station you can see the full name and verify is a holiday station.

So you may want to remove that station or you can also customize your shuffle to leave that station out.

To help you with this I took the freedom to edit your shuffle to leave the holiday station out, so that should help correct and make your experience better.

If you want to do this on your end or check the accounts that have been included you can do it from "My Collection, Sort out your content by Station and start the Shuffle.

Stations with a blue shuffle icon will be included in the Shuffle rotation. Clicking on that icon will remove that station from your shuffle rotation.

You can customize the station included in your shuffle selection by:

  • Hovering over the Shuffle On icon which will appear on the Now Playing screen which will reveal a pencil icon.
  • Clicking the pencil icon will bring you to the My Collection page.
  • Check or uncheck each station to modify your shuffle experience, either in the bottom right corner of each stations' album art, or (if you're using A-Z sorting) to the right of the station name.
  • Premium listeners can navigate more easily when customizing the shuffle experience, by sorting the stations by Recent (date added), A-Z (alphabetical) or Time Listened using the caret on the far right of your screen.

Hope this helps and let me know if you'd like the steps to delete a station.
