Collected songs disappeared after upgrading

I am so sad! I was finally able to upgrade to the Pandora family plan. I had to wait for my original subscription to run out. When it did, and I made the switch, I lost a thousand songs from my collection. I had around 2,500 songs collected. I am so sad. It took me a while to collect them all. 😔😭 Oh well. At least I was able to keep my playlists. Super thrilled to have the new plan as well. I cannot make it through a day without music. Pandora is a treasure around my house.

@ShortieCx Upgrading to the Family Plan should not have resulted in the loss of any of your collected songs.

I am going to have someone from our support team reach out to you privately via email to help look into this further.

Please keep an eye out for their message.

My songs have been disappearing I have Pandora premium and it seems like my songs were uncollected and it won't let me save any more songs to my account ?? I had so many good songs and am very upset

@GennaSteed Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

What are the names of some of the songs that are missing from your collection?

Also, are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
