Downloaded music disappears when offline

Recently my downloaded music stopped appearing in my library when offline. As soon as I connect to wifi or the network it reappears. I reset my downloads and it still won't work. I have almost no data now. Any suggestions on how to get my downloaded music to return. I have erased everything and downloaded music again but that did not work. Thanks all!

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your offline tunes. 

• What is the make and model of your device?
• Which version of the Pandora app are you using?
• When you attempt to listen to your offline tunes, does it cycle through quickly and not play anything at all?
