How to disable artist messages

"artist messages" are advertisements. Pandora might not make money from them, but someone is still advertising on your platform. If I pay for no ads, I should get not one single advertisement. Paid to Pandora or not, that's y'all's problem. I pay for no ads, I should get no ads. I have Instagram to learn about these artists new albums and tour dates. I'm covered. I don't need my vibe ruined by rascal Flatts telling me to check them out on tour or whatnot when I'm giving y'all money monthly to NOT HEAR A SINGLE AD!!! Stop with these messages or give me my money back for years of paying for your supposed "ad free experience" since 2021.. stop the ads (artist messages) or give me back my money.

Hi @Ipayfornoads , thanks for posting.

No problem, you can follow these instructions to disable Artist or Discovery Messaging on a mobile device:

  1. Go the the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  2. Tap on the Settings gear in the top right hand corner and then Advanced.
  3. If they are enabled, you will see something like Playing on 15 Stations. Tap that to view which stations have these messages enabled.
  4. If there's a particular artist you'd like to continue to hear from, or who you think you might like to see in concert, I'd recommend disabling the artist messages on a station-by-station basis. If you'd prefer to remove all the messages instead, simply turn off the Play Artist Audio Messages toggle.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
