@Dmanntoc Thanks for reaching out and sharing these examples. I can understand how frustrating it would be to hear the same group of songs repeatedly—especially after you've added more variety to the station—and then hear tracks that don't seem to fit the station at all.
Station repetition:
Regarding the repetition you're experiencing, it's true that there can be a certain amount of repetition on some stations. Each listener has different tastes when it comes to hearing familiar music versus discovering something new, and finding the right balance is something we continue to work on.
In the meantime, here are a few things you can try to help mix up your station:
- Try Pandora Modes: When listening from a computer or mobile device, try switching between modes such as Discovery, Deep Cuts, or Crowd Faves. Discovery and Deep Cuts in particular can help introduce music you may not normally hear on the station.
- Put tracks on the shelf: If you're getting tired of a song but don't necessarily want to give it a Thumbs Down, select I'm tired of this track to temporarily remove it from the rotation.
- Review your Thumbs Up: Since you mentioned having more than 100 Thumbs Up on the station, you may also want to try removing some ratings. In some cases, having a large number of Thumbs Up can influence the station toward familiar tracks, so adjusting those ratings may help mix things up.

Chris Stapleton playing on No Parking station:
As for the Chris Stapleton example, I took a look at the recent listening history available to me. I do see a few Chris Stapleton tracks, but the plays I'm currently seeing were associated with Blake Shelton Radio rather than your No Parking station.
That said, I don't want to discount what you experienced. If you hear another track that seems completely out of place on one of your stations, we'd be happy to take a closer look.
The next time it happens, please give the track a Thumbs Down and reply with as much of the following as possible:
- The name of the station you were listening to
- The date/time the out-of-place track played
- The artist and track name
- A screenshot of the track on the Now Playing screen
- Whether you were able to give the track a Thumbs Down
- Whether you were using a Pandora Mode such as Crowd Faves, Discovery, or Deep Cuts
Those details will help us investigate what may be happening with that specific station.
