Multiple station tiles are missing cover artwork

Hello,

I'm primarily using the website player to listen to pandora and the album art for about 13/87 of my stations is missing (has a blue and white image of 2 eighth notes).

This has been an ongoing issue for many years, I just ignored it. But it occurred to me that some people have supposedly had this remedied on apps so perhaps it can be fixed on the website player too! 

I can list the 13 stations with the missing album/artist art if needed.

I figured it was not possible to fix without losing my radio stations customization (thumbs up/down) but if that's not the case I'm open to any suggestions/troubleshooting!

Yes - please let me know the names of the stations/albums/tracks you are seeing that are missing album artwork.

Hello Adam,

I can list them, just wanted to clarify most of the stations are created by me (from a track or artist).

Here are my stations without Album art/Artist pic (in no particular order):

1. Innocence Radio
2. Return of the Mack Radio
3. The Sign Radio
4. Showtek Radio
5. Lakmé, Opera: Flower Duet Radio
6. I'm Not Alone (Deadmau5 Mix) Radio
7. Hypnotize Radio
8. Sean Paul & Mr. Vegas Radio
9. Hot **ahem** Radio
10. America The beautiful Radio
11. New York, New York Radio
12. La Negra Tiene Tumbao Radio
13. Indie Chill Radio
14. Make It Rain Radio

Just to be clear, I believe the tracks/Artist have actual thumbnails but for whatever reason those pictures don't seem to show up under my collection when I'm browsing my stations.

@Bigjeff3889 Thanks for following up with that information.

We were able to resolve this for most of your stations listed above.

However, it looks like the following stations are still missing album artwork:

• La Negra Tiene Tumbao Radio (Update: this is now fixed)
• Lakmé, Opera: Flower Duet Radio
• Sean Paul & Mr. Vegas Radio
• Showtek Radio

We have passed this feedback along to our curation team so they can further investigate.

One other thing I noticed, is that you were able to create both of these stations from the same track:

• Indie Chill Radio
• Showtek Radio (this station isn't displaying album artwork)

Both of these stations were created from this track: Somebody That I Used To Know (Feat. Kimbra)

They were then later re-named to Indie Chill and Showtek Radio.

I recommend deleting Showtek Radio since they are essentially the same station, and this is the one where album artwork isn't displaying.

Let me know if you'd like some assistance with this.

Thank you! I noticed today that most were corrected. I will keep Showtek Radio, perhaps if I customize by removing the Gotye track that might correct the issue as well.  Then that would leave just the 2 stations without thumbnails (which I'm honestly fine with).
