Music dulling out every other hour

My music dulls out every other hour... I pay $5  a **ahem** month for this.....if it keeps up I will cancel n go free! And it's NOT my system... it does it on all I connect to...get it fixed please! I listen at least 6 hours a day

• Or, are you using a web browser? If so, which one?
• Have you received any error messages?

• Are you receiving any error messages?
