My collection disappeared when opening Pandora

I opened my Pandora account last night to listen to one of my stations (I have a paid account that I’ve had for years), and just a moment after opening it something happened and my collection was totally gone. It was inviting me to search for something. My profile is gone. When I click on settings it just closes the app. The “For You” tab still seems to have some of what I had in my collection, but I can’t click on anything in it. There’s nowhere to log out or show that I need to log back in. When I do search for something it acts like it’s searching/thinking but like it’s going to eventually time out; I don’t know if it eventually does b/c that goes on for so long and I just end up quitting my attempt. What happened?!

@MylifeHisglory I recommend signing out, and then signing back in to see if that resolves the issue for you.

You should be able to sign out of your Pandora account from your Settings.

Tap the Profile icon in the Pandora app, select the Settings gear in the top right corner and scroll down to tap the Sign Out button.
