I moved your message from the iOS board and created a new post in My Collection since you mention this is occurring on multiple devices.
I also see that you've emailed our User Support team as well. To avoid confusion, I would advise following up with them via email.
If you can give us a a few examples (I know you said it happens on all stations and all artist), but specific examples helps us replicate the issue on our end and further investigate.
