Stations/Playlist missing after logging out

When I logged out of my account and signed back into my account all of my songs and playlist were gone. Is there a way I can get them added back?

I checked out the Pandora account associated with this profile and it looks like it created in the past couple of weeks. Additionally, there were no stations or playlists associated with the account until about 5 days ago. It sounds like you may have another account under a different email address.
