Reappearing station on my devices

Hello!

 

I've been using Pandora for about 10 years now. Over the last year or so, a playlist which I have never added continues to automatically appear in my collection. 

I have deleted it hundreds of times and simply refreshing the page or closing and reopening the mobile app will cause this playlist appear again.

"chlorisgarden3468's Shuffle"

It is worth mentioning that at one point my account was stolen and renamed to chlorisgarden3468. After contacting support, I got my account back and had the name changed back to it's original as well as removed any devices associated with my account. This was over a year ago. It's my understanding that the station I keep seeing is the default shuffle station that has your username attached to it. It is called something else because at one point my account had a different name as it was stolen.

Since then I have tried everything to fix this. Re-installation, canceling and restarting my subscription, delete browser cookies, delete browser cache, contacting support, etc. This has gone on too long with no help from support. 

If anybody has any clue on how to fix this, please send me suggestions.

@DuskEyed Nice to see you around the Community.

It sounds like you may need to check the bookmark that you use to access Pandora on your computer.

It should only be: https://www.pandora.com

If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. That is most likely the problem.

Once that is updated, that station should no longer appear on any other device you sign into your account.

It sounds like you may need to check the bookmark that you use to access Pandora on your computer.

It should only be: https://www.pandora.com

If there is anything added onto to it (e.g., https://www.pandora.com/#/genres/top), then erase that. That is most likely the problem.

Once that is updated, that station should no longer appear on any other device you sign into your account.

I double checked the bookmark that I use for Pandora and yes! This was the issue.

the bookmark is not my problem and i don't know how to fix it.
