Short playlists repeat

This music service is so bad in so may ways.

Shall I start?

1. Short play lists that are endlessly repeated, maybe updated every year or two.  Has anybody heard the "weeding Song" lately or twenty times?

2. Lists are probably on chips.  Some of them are faulty or the playback mechanism was recorded with skips, and gaps, which play repeatedly.  Nobody listens to them.  Or, if they do, they don't care that there are skips and gaps.  Horrible QC.

Could you share a bit more detail so we can investigate?

• The name of the station or playlist where this is happening
• An approximate date/time when you heard the “weeding Song” playing repeatedly
  • The full track name and artist, if possible

Skips and gaps during playback:

That sounds frustrating, and it’s not the experience we want for you.

To better understand:

• Are the same songs consistently playing with skips or gaps each time?
  • If so, could you provide the track names and artists?
  • If you’re able to include links to the tracks, that would be especially helpful

Once we have this information, we can pass it along to the appropriate team to review and address.
