Shuffle Not Shuffling

Is anyone else experiencing a failure of shuffle to shuffle? 5-22-21

Are you still experiencing this issue today?

If so, could you share a bit more about how you're listening? 

• If you're using a computer, MAC or Windows?
  • Are you using a web browser? If so, which one?
  • Or, are you using the Pandora Desktop App?
• If you're using a device, what is the make and model?
• Have any error messages popped up?
• Also, what happens when you attempt to shuffle?
