Song limit in collection?

Especially if they disappear every time you turn it on. This doesn’t seem that hard to fix.I’m paying money.

I created a separate thread for your comment since it sounds like you are experiencing a separate issue.

I'd be happy to help with any questions you have, but I will need additional information to do so.

To clarify, are you referring to how you aren't able to see songs you've added to your collection after your Premium Access session ends, and your account reverts back to Pandora Plus?

If not, can you explain what you are seeing a bit further? The more details you're able to provide, the better equipped I'll be to help.

Hi. The problem is that the thumbs up on every song that I previously marked thumbs up, the next time is see it, no thumbs up marked. I’ve had it on an hour and  a half, song after song not marked. Really, I guess I’m being petty, but I thought I would bring it to your attention. Thanks for responding, and I really enjoy Pandora and I’m not going anywhere. Thank you again, Norman Wainwright

We have received reports of this in the past in the following threads:

Can you please confirm if what you are experiencing lines up with either of the two reports above?

If not, can you please try reproducing this issue and send me:

A screenshot of the track with the thumbs up rating no longer highlighted

  • The date/time the track played
  • The approximate date/time you believe you gave it a thumbs up rating in the past

I don’t have any limit problems at all. It’s just songs come on and I know I have marked them thumbs up, but they ste’t marked at all. I remark them, to no avail. But I do nut have any limits whatsoever.Thanks a bunch,Norman Wainwright

@Norwain One thing to note is that thumb ratings are station specific. If you give a track a thumbs up on one station, it will not appear as thumbed up if it plays on another station in your collection.

Can you please confirm if this happens when you are listening in Shuffle Mode?

Additionally, if you replay the track, does the thumbs up icon reappear as highlighted?
