Specific song will not play

Every once in a while a specific song that I have either added to “My Collection” or that I search for will not play at all (even if I have listened to it before). When I click play, the song and album art comes up but the timer doesn’t start. I have no issues with other songs when this issue occurs - the issue is limited to one song.  Right now, I’m experiencing this issue with Wanna Be by GloRilla but I’ve had it happen in the past with Posh Spice by Iggy Azalea. I have the Premium Student subscription. Why is this happening?

I was unable to reproduce this on my end - I searched for Wanna Be by GloRilla and was able to play it without issue.

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?
