Thumbed Up Songs No Longer Being Added To Thumbs Up Playlist

As the title states, whenever I thumb up a song, it no longer gets added to the corresponding playlist.
This has been working for years, but for some reason it no longer works.

Some additional context, it does not always fail, but for most cases it does.
I see the songs under my stations thumb up section but they are not reflected in the playlist.
If I attempt to force it, by adding them manually, it also does not work.
Any help would be appreciated.
This also happens on any version of the application, whether IOS or Windows or Broswer

I'm happy to look into this further.

Can you please provide me with some examples? I'll need:

  • the name of the track that isn't showing up in your Thumbs Up Playlist
  • the name of the station that track was given a Thumbs Up on

Ex. 

Track: Chill - Young Dolph

Station: Drake Radio 

Track: Tu abandono - Banda Machos 

Station: Luis Miguel Radio

Track: A Cuatro Leguas - Antonio Aguilar 

Station: Chalino Sanchez Radio

 

The issue happens across my account. 

Some times they get added to the thumbs up list but most songs do not.

@axe133 Thanks for following up.

New thumbed up tracks do not get added to associated Thumbs Up playlists:

I've enabled a trace on your account to help us better understand what’s happening with your playlists.

Please sign out of Pandora on all your devices and then sign back in. In most cases this helps to resolve playlist issue by refreshing the sync with Pandora. Let me know if you notice any changes to the playlists you mentioned in your examples.

Once you’ve done that, please try reproducing the problem once more on your mobile device. If the issue persists, could you share the following details?

  • The name of the new track that isn’t appearing in your Thumbs Up playlist
  • The name of the station where you gave that track a Thumbs Up
  • The make and model of the device you were using at the time

*Please note you may need to re-download some of their offline content after this. If you have any trouble with your offline stations after this, please let us know.


Unable to manually add tracks to playlists:

I was able to add the tracks from the examples they provided from web.

You should also be able to manually add tracks to your Thumbs Up playlists.

One thing to note is that when you add songs to playlists manually, they will appear at the bottom of the playlist vs. the top.

Can you please let me know what happens when you attempt to add tracks to your playlists manually? 

Does an error message appear? If so, what does it say?

Hey Adam, thanks for the follow up. 
I've logged out and logged back in and tried to replicate the issue. 
I'm seeing the same issue. 

Song:  Can't Be True -  Juicy J
Station: Drake Radio

Song:  Always - Young Dolph
Station: Drake Radio

I thumbed up both of these songs but they are not being added to my thumbs up playlist as I would expect. 
If I navigate to the Drake Radio page, I see they are on the "Thumbed Up Tracks" section, however they do not get added to the thumbs up list. 

However
Song:  No Limit REMIX (feat. A$AP Rocky, French Montana, Juicy J & Belly) - G-Eazy
Station: Drake Radio 

This song was added to the thumbs up list as I would expect. 

As for the manually adding songs to the playlist, I see what you mean about it being added to the bottom. 
That was just a misunderstanding on my part. 
I'll keep an eye on it, but it did not fail with the songs I manually added this time around.

However, the info you've provided is helpful and I've made sure to pass it along. I've also made a note regarding your experience.
