Thumbs missing after signing in on new phone

Since getting a new phone my thumbs up playlist has gone from over a 1,000 songs to now having under 100!  I can’t figure out why or how to restore my music!  Please assist.  This is the second time I have attempted to reach out on this platform, hopefully this time I actually get someone to help me fix the issue.
