Timeout message for some of my stations, right from the start

I listen to my Pandora stations on my laptop and on a (new) internet radio. My laptop is fine.

However, when I try to listen on the internet radio, immediately, for some of my stations, I get an error message: 'Playback stopped. network timeout at: http:// (xxxxx)/api/v1/playback/source.  I get this message directly after selecting the station on the radio, so it has nothing to do with the 'regular' timeout after several hours of listening. The problem is intermittent. Sometimes the message will go away after toggling between stations, mostly not. 

Any suggestions?

Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening?

  1. Are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. Can you provide me with a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?

Thanks for getting in touch.
The problem is only with the internet radio; I attach a screenshot. 
 
I also listen to Pandora on my Mac laptop, using Chrome.
