Unable to skip or favorite songs

I can no longer skip a song or mark it as favorite. The comments on this community say that problem has been solved. It has not been solved for me. The current situation forces me to grit my teeth through a song I do not like--or shut of Pandora. I have been a Pandora subscriber for many years, but this problem is a deal-breaker. Please tell me it's being worked on and what deadline I can expect for a return of service.

@TEGuymon Could you tell me a bit more about what is happening? Are you listening to Pandora on a computer or on a device?

  1. If you are on a computer, are you listening from:
    • A Mac or Windows computer?
    • Our website, or the desktop app? If you're listening from our website, what browser are you using?
  2. If you are on a device, what is the make and model (and carrier, if applicable)?
  3. Is there an error message? If so, what does it say?
  4. Can you provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing?

Windows 10 computer

The Pandora website--most often with MS Edge, sometimes with Chrome

No error message

Not sure what I did, but the problem ceased about a week ago. All is well now.
