Unfortunately, the ability to add additional Pandora accounts on one device is not a feature. In order to listen to another account, you would need to sign out of the existing account and then sign in with the other account.
If you'd like to see this feature available on Pandora, I suggest visiting our Feature Request board. You can view other ideas, vote on features you'd like to see or post your own.
