Alexa: Can’t find Four80East Radio

When I ask “Alexa, play Four80East Radio from Pandora” it tells me it can’t find Four80East or suggest other stations. Why? 

I’ve rebooted my router, ensured that all Alexa dots are up-to-date, they have been rebooted. I’ve also unlinked and the relinked my account multiple times. I have many setups like the “Rippingtons Radio”, “John Barry Radio”, “Casting Crowns Radio” and more. If I ask Alexa to play any of these stations it works fine but does not for Four80East. 

if I ask Alexa to play Four80East from Spotify, Spotify plays the station. Pandora simply can’t find Four80East.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble playing your "Four80East" station on Pandora. I'm happy to report your experience to our engineering team for further review.

In the meantime, as a test to help Alexa better recognize your station, I recommend renaming it to something more unique. Try to avoid using another song or artist name—choosing a distinct title may make it easier for Alexa to find and play the correct station.

That worked. I renamed it to “David’s Music” as a test and asked Alex, play David’s Music in the House and it started up just fine. Not sure why I didn’t try that in the first place. Thanks guys.
