The ability to connect your phone to your TV depends on model phone and TV you have. Are you trying to listen to Pandora on your TV?

• What is the make and model of your TV?

You connect via Bluetooth or Chromecast or Airplay depending on what devices you have. Also, make sure both devices are on the same wifi network.
